- Delivery of our services: when you use our site and services and subscribe to the West Cork Coaches newsletter, you accept our Terms of Service and thus enter into a contract. For the sake of the GDPR, we are entitled to keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as required by applicable law. We will take reasonable steps to erase any data that we hold from you where:
- we no longer need the data for the purposes for which it was collected, and we are not otherwise entitled to retain such data;
- we are not required or obligated by law, regulation or court order to retain the information.

8. Children
We comply with the Children Privacy Protection policy. Hence, our services are not directed to children under the age of 16. For this reason, we do not provide nor knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.
